Summer Musicale Russell Bizzett was born into a family of professional musicians in Sioux City, Iowa. Still in his teens, he played with Chuck Berry and Muddy Waters. In New York, he attended jazz workshops in Harlem and proceeded to travel the world playing with the best jazz performers. Luckily for San Diegans, Russell lives here and brings two other world class musicians for our evening of improvisational jazz.
